Thinking of new ways to be unique or different isn't always easy, but we offer the ideal solution: indulge your guests with the finest Oysters, Caviar and Smoked Salmon presented with a stunning Ice Sculpture, crisp white linen and silverware!

We cater for weddings, corporate events and private gatherings throughout Scotland. The beauty of our mobile Oyster Bars is that we can set up anywhere, whether it's a marquee, private garden or even on the beach... weather permitting of course! At any event our professional staff will prepare and serve delicious oysters to your guests.
